Ingredients:

  • 9 cups of water
  • 1 cup of brussel sprouts
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1/2 cup of wild rice
  • 1/2 tsp of salt

Directions:

  1. Boil water with 2 chiken legs for 30 min, take legs out, separate meat, chop, put back in to soup. Add chopped veggies, rice(fast cooking or precooked), and simmer for 15 min. Add spices and salt as desired. I use 1 teaspoon of chiken rub for it.
