dark chiken meat and veggies soup. Great for winter:) Ingredients:
9 cups of water |
2 cups dark chicken meat |
1 cup of brussel sprouts |
1 cup of green beans |
1 potato |
1/2 cup of wild rice |
5 baby carrots |
1 onion |
1/2 teaspoon of salt |
Directions:
1. boil water with 2 chiken legs for 30 min, take legs out, separate meat, chop, put back in to soup. Add chopped veggies, rice(fast cooking or precooked), and simmer for 15 min. Add spices and salt as desired. I use 1 teaspoon of chiken rub for it. |
