Directions:

  1. Mix together tomatoes and spinach.
  2. Place chicken breast on top of mixture.
  3. Season with onion and garlic, salt & pepper.
  4. Lay ham around the chicken.
  5. Cover with foil and place into 350 degree oven.
  6. Cook until chicken is tender.
