Chicken Ramen Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. For dressing combine in a glass jar with a tightly fitting lid the flavor packet from the noodles, vinegar, orange juice, salad oil and the hot sauce
  2. Shake well and set aside until needed
  3. In a large bowl combine the salad greens, vegatables, and mandarin oranges
  4. Toss gently to combine
  5. Break up noodles and add to salad
  6. Cover and chill for at least one hour
  7. Add dressing to salad and allow to set for 5 minutes so noodles soften just slightly
  8. Add chicken and toss gently to coat salad with dressing
  9. Serve
