Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Heat oil in skillet over med heat.
  3. Dip chicken in egg.
  4. Dip chicken in breadcrumbs.
  5. (I repeat these 2 steps twice because I like a thicker couting) Brown chicken in oil.
  6. Place chicken in a 9X13 pan.
  7. Sprinkle with mozzerella cheese.
  8. Pour sauce over chicken.
  9. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  11. Serve with side of spaghetti.
