  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Cook chicken until no longer pink.
  3. Using slotted spoon, remove chicken from pan, and transfer to crock pot.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients, and cook on Low for 4-6 hours, or High for 2-3 hours.
