Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash the cauliflower and cut into florets.
  2. Simmer the cauliflower in plenty of boiling water for 10 minutes until nearly tender.
  3. Drain the cauliflower and keep 2 tbsp of the cooking liquid.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan
  5. Fry the garlic cloves until lightly brown.
  6. Discard the garlic.
  7. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in paprika , wine vinegar and cooking liquid.
  8. Place the cauliflower in a casserole.
  9. Pour the sauce over the cauliflower.
  10. Cover and simmer over very low heat for 5-10 minutes.
