Cajun Potato Wedges

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp cajun seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges (one potato=6 wedges).
  3. Mix the oil and spices in a bowl.
  4. Add potatoes to the bowl and mix.
  5. Layer potatoes in a single layer on a sprayed cookie sheet.
  6. Drizzle remaining oil over the potatoes.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes.
