Cabbage and Potato Soup with Sausage

  1. Brown sausage, add onion and paste and continue to brown. Add de-fatted, no salt broth, stir well, add potatoes and cabbage and simmer til done. Add parsley and cheese before serving. (Potatoes can be withheld and added just before serving saved soup to keep from getting mushy).
