Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. In a good sized pot, put water and potatos on to boil. (I heat my water with my potatos to avoid splashing that results when you add the potatos)
  2. 2. After potatos are cooked through. Strain and leave in the collander to let as much water out as possibe.
  3. 3. After about 20 minutes, place back in the pot. Add butter and stir letting it coat your potatos.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with paprika and sea salt and stir up some more to mix the seasonings evenly.
  5. 5. Serve!
