Directions:

  1. Melt butter over medium heat. Add onions and garlic and cook until tender. Add spices and cook 1 more minute. Add tomatoes, paste, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
  2. Reduce heat to low, cover and heat for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add chicken, cream, and sour cream. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add cilantro
