Brown Sugar Potatoes Very Bad For You

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place peeled, cubed potatoes on paper towels and pat as dry as possible.
  2. Place butter in large, deep, nonstick frying pan (a wok is ideal) and melt over medium heat.
  3. Add potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  4. As the potatoes begin to cook, toss occaisionally with a wooden spoon so they brown evenly,
  5. Cook until nearly done; add garlic and brown sugar.
  6. Let the brown sugar and butter caramellize on the potatoes as you stir. Keep them moving so they don't burn.
  7. When the caramel is done,the potatoes are finished.
  8. CAUTION: THEY WILL BE HOT!
