Directions:

  1. Steam broccoli until crisp tender.
  2. Heat 2 tsp oil in small skillet.
  3. Add shallots and garlic.
  4. Saute 2 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat, stir in vinegar, remaining oil and mustard.
  6. Add to broccoli and toss well.
