Broccoli With Lemon

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut florets from broccoli.
  2. Trim and peel steams, then cut crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
  3. Heat 1 inch water in pan large enough to hold steaming rack or basket to boiling.
  4. Place broccoli steaming rack and scatter florets over top.
  5. Salt boiling water, place rack in pan, and steam covered until tender.
  6. Place broccoli in serving bowl.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice, half of zest and oil.
  8. Salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Toss quickly to combine and serve hot.
