Broccoli Cauliflower Bacon Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
  2. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  3. Crumble and set aside.
  4. In a medium sized salad bowl, layer in order the broccoli, cauliflower, cheese and bacon.
  5. Prepare the dressing by whisking together the mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
  6. Drizzle dressing over top and serve.
