Ingredients:

  • 4 cups thinly sliced onions
  • 2 quarts beef broth
  • 2 -4 tbsp brandy
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker; cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  2. Add brandy. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
