Ingredients:

  • 1 3/4 cups canned pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ginger
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 9 inches pie pastry

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Beat all ingredients, except for pastry, with electric mixer on medium, or rotary beater.
  3. Pour into pastry lined pie pan. Bake 50-55 minutes.
