Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 tsp lemon juice or 4 tsp vinegar

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and baking soda.
  2. Stir in milk, lemon juice, and melted butter. Stir in beaten egg.
  3. Cook on greased waffle iron.
