Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or 1 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Sift 1st four ingredients together.
  2. Mix next 4 ingredients thoroughly.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Blend well.
  5. Dough will be sticky.
  6. Stir in chips or raisins and bananas.
  7. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet.
  8. Bake at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes. This is a soft cakey cookie.
