Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine egg, bread crumbs, catsup, worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt and meat in a bowl.
  2. Mix well and shape into 1 inch meatballs.
  3. Cook 1/2 the meatballs at a time in hot cooking oil until brown on all sides.
  4. Remove meatballs from pan.
  5. Reserve 2 tablespoons of the drippings.
  6. Add onions to the drippings.
  7. Stir-fry over medium-high heat until tender.
  8. Stir in flour, salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Stir in beer.
  10. Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
  11. Return meatballs to pan.
  12. Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  13. Serve over noodles.
