Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut stew beef into 1 pieces and put in crock pot.
  2. Dredge beef with flour.
  3. Add garlic and spices.
  4. Add crushed tomatoes.
  5. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  6. Thirty minutes before eating add sour cream.
  7. Serve over warm noodles.
