Beef Surprise With Peppers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 230°C.
  2. Heat oil in pan.
  3. Cook beef until it's brown.
  4. Add tomatoes and kidney beans and bell peppers.
  5. Season with cayenne pepper and Italian herbs to your taste.
  6. Transfer mix from pan to ovenproof dish.
  7. Add vegetables.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese.
  9. Bake in oven for around 15 minutes or until cheese melts.
