Bbq Turkey Breast Roast (Bl - 175)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb turkey
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 350 degree
  2. Mist glass baking dish with olive oil
  3. Small bowl combine garlic, salt and pepper
  4. Place turkey on cutting board, with for pierce each side deeply about 25 times.
  5. Drizzle oil and rub to coat evenly.
  6. Sprinkle on rub both sides.
  7. Smooth side down drizzle on 1/2 bbq sauce. Turn over and put into prepared pan.
  8. Put bbq sauce that side.
  9. Pour water into pan, not on turkey.
  10. Bake for 35-40 minutes or 160 degrees.
  11. Remove from oven, let stand 10 minutes.
  12. Cut against grain into thin slices.
