Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Split duck in half.
  2. Flatten and place on rack in shallow pan.
  3. Bake in a 375°F oven.
  4. Cook all ingredients for sauce for 5 minutes before using.
  5. Bast with barbecue sauce every 10 minutes while baking.
  6. Cook ducks until cooked through.
