Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg pork or 1/2 kg chicken
  • 2 pieces onions
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Directions:

  1. Cook pork until golden brown.
  2. Add cooking oil with crushed garlic and onion.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add soy sauce and vinegar.
