Zucchini and Mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • 2 small zucchini
  • 1/8 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

Directions:

  1. Stir fry first 4 ingredients until barely tender.
  2. Add mushrooms, soy sauce, cornstarch and salt and cook only long enough to thicken.
