Ingredients:

  • 2 kg yogurt
  • 1/2 kg cucumber
  • 3 pieces garlic
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried mint

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, cut the cucumber into circles.
  2. Smash the garlic.
  3. Add the yogurt & mix well.
  4. Add salt as per your taste.
  5. Add some dried mint & mix all ingredients together.
  6. Serve cold.
