This is a very refreshing salad during hot summer, specially in hot areas... Ingredients:
2 kg yogurt |
1/2 kg cucumber |
3 pieces garlic |
1 1/2 teaspoons dried mint |
salt |
Directions:
1. In a bowl, cut the cucumber into circles. 2. Smash the garlic. 3. Add the yogurt & mix well. 4. Add salt as per your taste. 5. Add some dried mint & mix all ingredients together. 6. Serve cold. |
