Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Place all the ingredients, except wings, in a wok.
  2. Cook over medium heat until sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add wings.
  4. Cover and continue to cook, stirring about evey 10 minutes, until the cooking liquid completely coats wings.
  5. Cooking time varies, although expect it to cook at least an hour to get the stickiness factor.
  6. Be careful not to over cook, however.
  7. Depending on your wok and heating temperature, your wings might get done sooner. Mine took an hour.
