Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook rice according to box.
  2. Saute mushrooms, onion, and butter.
  3. Add flour and chicken broth.
  4. Let still until a little thickened.
  5. Add rice, half and half, cheese, and chicken.
  6. Stir until all melted together and then add wine.
  7. Heat through (can also heat in crock pot).
