Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. Add cheese, mustard and hot sauce.
  3. Heat mixture while stirring until cheese melts.
  4. Add ale and keep on heating until liquid is nearly evaporated, stirring continuously.
  5. Stir in beaten egg and let harden.
  6. Serve immediately on toasted bread slices.
  7. Garnish with tomato.
