Warm Stuffed Pita With Feta Cilantro And Onion

Ingredients:

  • 6 pita
  • 1 cup. feta (double cream if you can find it)
  • 2 bunches cilantro

Directions:

  1. Slice the pita in half and warm
  2. Open and spread with feta
  3. Put a few paper thin slices of sweet onion on the cheese( if the onions are not very mild omitt them)
  4. Stuff cilantro into pita liberally
  5. Cut into wedges and serve
