Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes on high until warm (do not over cook). Stir and eat.
