This is one of my favorite evening snacks. It's warm, flavorfull, wholesome, and filling.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats
1 banana, sliced or diced
2 tablespoons almonds, sliced
2 tablespoons raisins
1 tablespoon flax seed
1 cup milk
Directions:
1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes on high until warm (do not over cook). Stir and eat.
