This is one of my favorite evening snacks. It's warm, flavorfull, wholesome, and filling. Ingredients:
1/2 cup oats |
1 banana, sliced or diced |
2 tablespoons almonds, sliced |
2 tablespoons raisins |
1 tablespoon flax seed |
1 cup milk |
Directions:
1. Measure all ingredients into a bowl. Microwave for 2 minutes on high until warm (do not over cook). Stir and eat. |
