Walnut-Garlic Pesto

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup walnuts
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a blender or food processor, puree the walnuts, water, oil and garlic until a smooth paste forms.
  2. Spoon into a large bowl and stir in the parsley, salt and pepper.
