This is great served over pasta Ingredients:
2/3 cup walnuts |
1/2 cup water |
3 tablespoons olive oil |
1/2 teaspoon garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons parsley, chopped |
1 tablespoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. In a blender or food processor, puree the walnuts, water, oil and garlic until a smooth paste forms. 2. Spoon into a large bowl and stir in the parsley, salt and pepper. |
