Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp cheese

Directions:

  1. Chop green pepper and mushrooms and put in a bowl. Add 2 omega-3 eggs, tbsp of 2% milk and stir until mixed. Pour into frying pan on medium heat and cook until golden.
