Breakfast Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 tbsp milk |
3 mushrooms |
1/4 green pepper |
1 tbsp cheese |
Directions:
1. Chop green pepper and mushrooms and put in a bowl. Add 2 omega-3 eggs, tbsp of 2% milk and stir until mixed. Pour into frying pan on medium heat and cook until golden. |
