Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup skim milk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • sauteed vegetables - choose what you like, nutrition information applies for these vegies
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1/3 cup cherry tomatoes (or normal ), chopped

Directions:

  1. Line and stack deep pie plate with vegetables.
  2. Combine and wisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, pepper and salt. Pour mixture into pie plate with vegies.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 40 minutes, then optional sprinkle with extra cheese and place under griller until golden.
  4. Serve as a warm meal of refrigerate for later! Yum.
