Low Calorie, full of your choice of vegies, serve for any meal of the day, eat it warm or cold. Ingredients:
3 eggs |
2 egg whites |
3/4 cup skim milk |
1 pinch of salt |
1 pinch of pepper |
1/4 cup cheese, grated |
sauteed vegetables - choose what you like, nutrition information applies for these vegies |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
2 cloves garlic, diced |
1/2 cup bok choy (or spinach), chopped |
1/3 cup cherry tomatoes (or normal tomatoes), chopped |
1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced |
Directions:
1. Line and stack deep pie plate with vegetables. 2. Combine and wisk together the eggs, milk, cheese, pepper and salt. Pour mixture into pie plate with vegies. 3. Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 40 minutes, then optional sprinkle with extra cheese and place under griller until golden. 4. Serve as a warm meal of refrigerate for later! Yum. |
