Ingredients:

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 12 cups water
  • 4 oz. lean beef
  • 6 cups zucchini
  • 3 cups cauliflower
  • 1 cup celery
  • 2 cups potato
  • 1 cup squash
  • 4 cups spinach
  • 4 cups bell peppers
  • 1 tblsp garlic powder
  • 3 tbsp italian seasoning

Directions:

  1. Dice vegetables
  2. Thinly slice beef
  3. Add liquids
  4. Simmer for about an hour
