Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F Toss tomatoes with balsamic vinegar, oilve oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread tomatoes on foil-lined baking sheet, and roast for 20-30 minutes or until shriveled and lightly browned. Scrape tomatoes and juices into a large bowl. Add spinach.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare pasta according ot package directions.
  3. Toss the pasta with spinach, roasted tomatoes, Asiago and basil.
  4. Sprinkle with toasted nuts if using. Serve with additional cheese on the side .
