Vanilla Rice Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 (4 oz) package vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs and milk together with whisk in large saucepan , add dry pudding mix beat 2 mins stir in rice and raisins , bring to a full rolling boil on med heat, stirring constantly . cool 5 mins stirring occasionally . Pour into serving bowl sprinkle with spices , serve warm . or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve . enjoy !
