Ingredients:

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Slice up onions to onion rings.
  2. Sauté onions with black mustard seeds and turmeric.
  3. Dice potatoes and add.
  4. Add salt and chili to taste.
  5. Cook slowly until soft.
