Delicious accompaniment with rice and curries. To reduce further calories, reduce serving size. This is a really large serve and not required if you have rice or other accompaniements. Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes |
1 medium onion |
1 teaspoon turmeric |
1 pinch salt |
1 pinch chili flakes |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Slice up onions to onion rings. 2. Sauté onions with black mustard seeds and turmeric. 3. Dice potatoes and add. 4. Add salt and chili to taste. 5. Cook slowly until soft. |
