Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cube into 1-inch pieces the vegetables.
  2. Place into a roasting pan.
  3. Combine with oil, butter, garlic, salt and sugar.
  4. Add Italian sausages cut into slices.
  5. Cover and roast at 400°F for 30 minutes. Uncover and stir.
  6. Bake until golden, stirring often.
