Ingredients:

  1. Heat oil in a very large pot over medium heat. Stir in onion; season with bay leaves, cumin, oregano, and salt. Cook and stir until onion is tender. Mix in celery, green peppers, jalapenos, garlic, and green chilis. When vegetables are heated through, mix in vwegetarian burger patties. Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer 5 mins.
  2. Mix the tomatos into the pot. Season with chili powder and pepper. Stir in kidney beans, garbanzo beans, and black beans. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 45 minutes.
  3. Stir in corn, and continue cooking 5 minutes before serving. Remove bay leaves.
  4. Yum!
