Tangy Party Meat Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 lb hamburger
  • 2 tbsp onion flakes
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1.4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup catcup
  • 1 12 oz chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients
  2. Gently roll into firm small balls and set aside
  3. Prepare sauce by mixing the next 4 ingredients
  4. Place meatballs in baking dish with sauce
  5. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees
