Sweet Onion and Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onions and mushrooms in butter until just tender, about 10 minutes.
  2. Place onions and mushrooms in a lightly greased 8 inch square baking dish.
  3. Whisk together whipping cream,egg and salt.
  4. Pour over onion and mushroom mixture.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  6. Add cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake until cheese melts.
