Directions:

  1. Steam the carrots until fork-tender (time will vary depending on thickness of slice).
  2. When carrots are done steaming, melt butter in a pan and mix in brown sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Toss carrots in sauce until coated and serve.
